The Venue at a Glance
The Carolina can accommodate approximately 100 guests in a flexible main event space designed for celebrations, meetings, and community gatherings. An additional loft may also be reserved when more space is needed.

Let’s Bring Your Event to Life
The Carolina offers weekday and weekend rentals for celebrations, meetings, and gatherings of all kinds.
Rental rates are customized for each event based on the date, timeframe, guest count, spaces needed, and any additional rental items. Reach out to tell us about your plans, and we will provide a personalized quote for your event.
Tours are available, and last-minute bookings may be accepted when the requested date is open.

Locally Owned in Dunn
The Carolina is owned and operated by Berkley and Taylor Calcutt, who live right here in Dunn. As Dunn natives, the Calcutt family is especially excited to create a welcoming space where local families, businesses, and organizations can gather and celebrate.
Taylor and Berkley look forward to working personally with each client to learn about their event, answer questions, and help bring their vision to life.
